Rich Little writes of the people he has impersonated and known in this hilarious book. Each chapter is devoted to someone Little has impersonated and in many cases been close friends with. The list includes Jimmy Stewart, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Orson Welles, Cary Grant, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and so many others. Little's memories are hilarious and his early love of film stars makes him still a fan when he finally has an opportunity to meet and work with these icons. Each chapter also features a portrait of the subject done by Little as well as photos of Little with his subject. The book also describes Little's childhood and early work as well as information on various wives. For anyone who loves the old stars, this is absolutely one of the funniest books I have read in a long time and I thank Little for sharing his memories with us.… (altro)
