A Reference book to refer back too, again and again.

Excellent book full of practical advice and sample resumes. I recently used it to update my resume for a career change.

An excellent guide for the job seeker. The these is that the job seeker should consider himself first a "problem solver", then look for places where he can solve problems. There is also a very practical section about actually looking for work. While old this also looks ahead to the fact that there will be a changing job market, changing employers and managers, and shows the job seeker ways to consider these challenges in an innovatitive way.
