Set in Ottawa, this first of a series has as its protagonist a psychologist-turned-astrologer. Katy Klein is an engaging character with enough quirks to make her interesting and not so many as to make her annoying. one day a strange and obviously disturbed man appears as a client, but he seems to want to know more than she can tell him. Katy's efforts to help Adam will take her into the past -- his, and her own --and into the future of electronic surveillance before a satisfying resolution. Although I don't "believe in" astrology, I was able to enjoy Katy Klein's serious, professional approach to its practice and it didn't get in the way of the mystery. I look forward to reading the two other books in the series.… (altro)
