This is an extremely useful book for students of nuclear proliferation. Hymans goes much deeper into motivations than most his peers. He points out many overblown cases of nuclear proliferation such as Iraq, where modest achievements were turned into scare stories with little basis in fact. Enjoy the chapter on Argentina's humorous claim of a fusion bomb!
