Language and the nation-state: Challenges to… di Monica Heller
Sometimes the "languages" we study are artificial constructs? And sometimes that has oppressive implications? Could you be any more dully obvious, Monica Heller? And by all means, reflect this insight (shall we say) in your work--in fact I insist--but when said work consists of cranking out pointless, quixotic rallying cries to the effect that not only "communities" and "identities" but also "processes" and "practices" are "key linked concepts of concern to research", then ... ugh.
