I wish I could give this movie more than 3 1/2 stars. I enjoyed the movie and loved the music. Great cast and performances. Ted Danson, whom I normally don't feel comfortable watching, was perfect as an aging stoner bar owner. (Ted Danson as a bar owner. Isn't that a novel twist?)

The movie didn't follow any formulas - a plus. Still, the narrative and emotional arcs of each of the characters (though well played) were pretty predictable - enough of a minus to cost that half star.

Feels authentic. Good music.
