I enjoyed learning that the mind is such an amazing powerful tool that even if one was to lose all physical possessions, one, with the aid of our mind(s) could get the ideas we need to improve our lives. Second, I learned the power of trying our best to dwell on positivity which includes positive habits, positive associations, positive words too because it impacts our thinking. Third, I learned the importance of a mastermind alliance where the group or even pair of people strive to openly communicate and keep the flow of ideas and resources transparent for the success of the goals of each member. Fourth, that setbacks and challenges are learning opportunities and something good can be found from it and it is our choice of how we respond which makes a big impact on the outcome. Fifth, I learned the importance of good habits such as exercising, eating well, sleeping and seeking to invest some time in activities that are strictly counting as the Extra Mile where without expecting anything in return, I give of myself and trust that the things I need will flow to me in the future from unexpected sources.… (altro)
