Good fluff. Frankie and Eli are moderately interesting characters; the situation is rather silly, though I would like to read more of the series - Harry Hunt trying to matchmake for the young folk around him. I think, from what's said in this book, that's he's failed every time - but they've ended up happily married, just not to who he'd picked. That's what happens here - Frankie decides the only way to ward off her "uncle" is to appear taken, and enlists a man who's regarded as a confirmed bachelor. Turns out, much to both of their surprise, he was just waiting for her (and vice versa). Good characterization, including the secondary characters; good description; fun fluff.… (altro)

The triplets were so cute, and they dominated the story which I didn't mind, but I hated that they didn't get to keep the kids and then there was part that felt like the author of one of the other books wrote it but all in all... good read!

Perfectly good bit of fluff. I'm glad I read it, but I'm not all that interested in rereading. I would like to read the other book(s) in the series. Cullen is an idiot, at least twice over - he protects Quinn by giving up his own love, and he thinks that the marriage is the appropriate solution. Well, we don't get to see the woman at all, so maybe that was the only thing she'd accept. Oh, three times over - he thinks because of that experience that he'd be a bad husband and father. But at least he doesn't hold to that - he's still willing to try with Nikki. Heavy usage of the uncontrollable lust (well, nearly uncontrollable - they do hold back, for a while at least) trope. Angelica is cute, and a very useful tool in the author's hand; there's not much to Cora, or to Victoria and Quinn - the secondary characters are pretty cardboard. Fun, but not a favorite.… (altro)
