This is a great health book that all men should read. Of course most won't because most don't pay attention to their health until it is too late. Dr. Brewer covers all aspects of a man's health from diet, to exams, to exercise and other factors.

He has a easy writing style that men can relate to, been there done that type of approach. Good advice and easy to follow. Well worth the time as it could extend if not save your life.
