Roman Dirge

An amusing anthology wrapped under the iconic and unhinged Lenore, and a late 90s grunge aesthetic. I enjoy this very much! It makes me feel nostalgic for a time I wasn't actually born in lol. The art style reminds me of Tim Burton. While not the greatest, it's edgy quality is charming and dark humor passable.

Show this to anyone Millennial or Gen X you know! They'll feel young looking at this.

about a cute little dead girl! sweet and innocent but also quite the opposite!

My sister gifted me this for Christmas. It has some fun, morbid short comics, most of which revolve around Lenore. It was a quick read. High school me probably would've loved this, but I still found most of it enjoyable. It had too much comic animal death though, which was a bit off putting to me.

Right up there with the work of Jhonen Vasques for clever, disturbing, and lovely.
