Brianna Sullivan is still living in Lottawatah, still “maybe” seeing Jackson Cooper, when the ghost of his classmate Martha Boxer appears to Brianna. Now Brianna needs to figure out who killed Martha and why.

This short story is well-written with a good flow and pace though sparse on details. Enjoyed. I love the sound of the name “Lottawatah”.

*I thought the stories in this volume will be longer and not just about 10 pages each.

*Where's the buildup to the mystery? The exposition?

*And, frankly, Brianna should stop with her "seduction" game with the detective.

*She also sounds like a bum.

*Give me my dollar back.

*The two-star rating is for the potential and how it was wasted.

A cozy murder that is light on clues but somehow the heroine worries the murderer enough that a second murder happens. An enjoyable read.

It was a freebie, and I really enjoyed it! What a treat!
