What makes reading this book so compelling is the fact that it is quite relevant right now. Especially with all the talk about war and America. This is very interesting because as someone not from America, it gives me an unbiased view on things. But then again, nobody likes war anyway.
That said, being a factual kind of book it does tend to get a bit dry and I can't really fault the author for that. Also, I got the feeling the author being slightly biased about the people written in this book but maybe that's just me.
Anyone who wants to know a little bit about America's history on war, weapons and how politics plays a role in it will definitely be interested in this book.
