Each page contains photographs of beautiful and happy children engaging in typical childhood activities despite limb and extremity differences. The author was inspired by her daughter, Sami who was born with limb differences. The author endeavored to find books that featured children like Sami. But she came up empty-handed. After collecting photographs from across the United States and Canada she realized that there was a need to share this special book with the world. Author Libbi Chilia claims that “God wrote this book”. Certainly it is God-inspired. Dynamic photographs and simple text present a powerful message about abilities and not disabilities.
