In nine short pages, the Big Bad Wolf comes across Pooh eating honey and tries to steal it. The ending involves an explanation that doesn't match the pictures shown: Pooh is resting his hand on a tree trunk wider than he is tall but describes it as a branch he can shake (and there are no branches anywhere on the trunk).

The moral makes even less sense with the story presented.

The digital art is okay as far as Pooh goes, but the wolf looks like a furry on the prowl for a hook-up. Creepy.

Unimpressive overall.

(My Pooh Project: I love Winnie the Pooh, and so does my wife. Having a daughter gave us a chance to indoctrinate her into the cult by buying and reading her every Pooh book we came across. How many is that? I’m going to count them this year by reading and reviewing one every day and seeing which month I finally run out. Track my progress here:
