Author Anne Broyles is a United Methodist minister and author of books on diversity. She states: "I hope that today's readers can, like me, grow up to appreciate the many ways people are alike...and not alike, realizing that our world is stronger when we celebrate diversity and all work together." Ann Broyles is an award winning author and a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.

KE Lewis is the resident cartoonist for Cobblestone magazine and an animator for Dig It!, and education program based out of Seattle, Washington.
