As the title says, Eeyore has lost his tail again. Everyone pitches in to help search, but they all keep finding precious things they had lost instead of the tail that launched the quest. An amusing little twist on one of the most common Pooh plots.

Pooh's just getting started on his spring cleaning when he comes across a note he can't read. He rotates through his friends looking for help reading the note, but they just read the first two words, "Don't forget . . . ," and all them dicks suddenly remember that they have more important things to do than help Pooh.

My daughter points out that in the end the resolution of the mystery makes the story an exercise in futility that wastes the time of Pooh as well as the reader.
