Some books that are mean to portray information walk a fine line between overwhelming the reader and leaving him wanting more. If anything, this book leans toward the latter. For the most part it is informative and interesting, but at times, it seems the authors only scratch the surface. But this book whets the appetite to continue on in the knowledge of how tea is grown, processed, and experienced. The writing is so-so.
