Edward N. Akin

Edward N. Akin wrote several reviews of books on Mississippi topics, including an extensive review essay in The Mississippi Quarterly. The late Dr. Akin wrote an earlier edition of this book in 1987 before his untimely passing. Akin also wrote the "Mississippi" essay in the Encyclopedia of Religion mostra altro in the South, and a book entitled Henry Flagler: Rockefeller Partner and Florida Baron. Akin was a graduate of Samford University, attended graduate school at University of Florida, where he completed his Ph.D. in 1975 Charles C.
