What I liked best about this story is that it starts with a couple of guys tinkering with machinery and math (sound familiar?) and ending up with something incredible.
Political intrigue is mixed with multi-level spy craft from most major governments as well as quite a few smaller ones. The characters are switched around so often, you're never sure who's really the enemy.
The end was satisfying in that it drew most plotlines to a conclusion but left a big enough gap for the sequel. And with such strong female leads and witty male counterparts, I'm really looking forward to reading!… (altro)
