I have mixed emotions on this book. I enjoyed the story, but it did not captivate me. It is not a long book and can be finished rather quickly. There were times that the book could have used more editing due to the missing or adding of words. I had to decipher those sentences before moving forward. From time to time, the story jumped around a little erratically making it difficult to keep focused. Overall, this is not bad for the first attempt at book writing by this author, but he needs to correct the grammatical errors before printing.

This book BEGS for an editor. The multiple typo's, incorrect punctuation, spelling errors, and run-on sentences made this book very difficult to read. The plot jumps around awkwardly. The story line was overly simple and the plot twist didn't really make any sense. Perhaps better for young adult readers. ( )
