Pads sees an opportunity . . .Jez, a 2-tone loving Cov Lad from a racist family, is sent with Jamaican Bas to change the dollars in Spain. But Jez becomes convinced they're being followed and completely unravels. Is the beautiful, feisty Northern girl they meet in league with Pads or not? Either way, Becca impresses Andy and Pads a lot and they recruit her for the next big job: smuggling hash into the UK from India.Meanwhile, Mehmet is caught up in a violent revenge killing and flees Hoxha's prison-like Albania. When he reaches Spain his story intersects with the team, and fortunes change. Revenges ripen. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |

What is odd, is the sudden deapture from this story, to a second involving family rivalries in Albania. This second story forms only about 10-15% of the book, and despite what the blurb on the back of the book says, this only resolves itself in the final pages of the book. Consequently, this makes the rest of the book disjointed. You become engrossed by the main plot, then suddenly the reader is whipped away from this to an althogether different scene in Albania. True, there are themes that bind the two contrasting stories together, but it does break up the plot of the novel. ( )
