This is a story about Ellen and her brother, Al. When Al was born, she wasn't happy, because her parents weren't interested in her. When she is an adult, she goes on hating him again. The reason was that she is a poor single mother and Al become a rich rock star but he gave her nothing. I can feel my parents love for me whenever. Ellen is pitiful. But, her act is wrong. If she had more kind heart, she would be happy.I think so. ( )

Ellen Shore always hates her brother. She is in prison because she killed her brother. Why did she hate him?

I am interested in this book because I can understnd her feelings against her brother and I think she is sad. If my real sister is like him, I may become like Ellen. I want to read this book again. ( )

Ellen hated her brother Al because he was always loved by their parents than her.She was envy. When they became adults,Al didn't treated Ellen like sister. He became to stray from the path of upright behavior.
I felt little fear while reading because I thought all characters in this book were little mad for their desires. They forget themselves for satisfying.I have a little brother, but I won't never do like Ellen. ( )
