Peter Loel Boonshaft is one of the most enigmatic writers and speakers I know. I had the pleasure of seeing him at a music teachers conference and he can tell a story like no other. He also puts his perspectives clearly and gives great advice. I highly recommend "Teaching Music with Passion" to all music teachers and to those going into the profession. (
