I have used this on occasion over the years and appreciate the language which offers hope and encouragement. The introduction explains how to use the book, how to cast the I Ching. Each hexagram, or result, is given an imaged explanation, brief poem, and suggestion for how one acts under this influence. (

Women of matriarchy call upon the I Ching for prophecy.

[Preface] In ancient predynastic China, women were the healers or shamans, the practitioners of magic and divination, who were called "Wu" and came from the South.

[Foreward] For thousands of years and planetwide, women's pride and spirituality have been submerged beneath the dominance of patriarchal forces.
