Why should I eat well is a story of a young girl named Monica who only eats her favorite foods. No one is able to convince who to eat new, healthier options until a new girl arrives at school. Rachel explains to Monica the reasons why she tries to eat her best and what happens over time if you only eat bad foods. Monica learns a lot about food and its relationship with her body. Monica is then inspired to try new foods, with the occasional cheat snack that her and Rachel and both enjoy. This is a cute story on health and nutrition. Monica used to love eating nothing but cakes, fizzy drinks, burgers, chips and pizza. Her mum and dad encouraged her to eat other kinds of food, but Monica wasn't interested. That was until she met a girl called Rachel. Rachel liked eating things like salad. She told Monica all the terrible things that would happen to her if she kept drinking fizzy drinks and eating fatty foods, and never ate fresh fruit and vegetables. Now Monica eats as well as Rachel. She really enjoys eating this way, and just occasionally, she can still have a treat! Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
