Arabella is the main character in this book and she wants to be famous. She tried to be a famous painter, but her art teacher said it will never happen. Next, Arabella decided she will be an actress, but her acting teacher told her she will never be a famous actress. Then, Arabella decided she will teach herself to dance. None of the people in the big offices would even look at her, they all laughed. Arabella gives up and throws all her paintings, dance shoes, and acting costumes away. Two elderly people talk to her about her story, they get her to paint for their house, act and dance for them. The next thing you know, Arabella is performing for the whole neighborhood and she is famous after all! " All of a Sudden She Knew" is repeated throughout the book. The moral of the story is never give up on your dreams. Just because you aren't perfect to some, doesn't mean you should give up. I would recommend this book to be read to k-3, but the reading level would be more like third grade because the book is written in cursive. ( )

This book is about a little girl names Arabella. Arabella wishes that she can be famous. She thinks of numerous ways to become famous, but everyone turns her down and doesn't think she is good enough. Arabella starts to doubt herself until a old man and woman walk by and ask her why she is sad. Arabella tells them the story and they ask her to paint, and act, and dance for them. They love it. This is a great book to show that some people might not like what you do, but there will always be someone who does so to never give up! ( )
