A worse than average Stainless Steel Rat story - and since the best of them is a three for me, that makes this one a two.

If you don't know what the series is like, this isn't the place to start. And unless you really like the series, this probably isn't the next one to read either. For fans though, it's a free download. ( )

This is a short story set in the Stainless Steel Rat’s series. The main protagonist is just turned from the career of thief to the one of thief-taker. Someone is making a new version of ancient empire’s battleship, a leviathan of war, unstoppable by modern fleets. The hero should stop it and find a culprit behind it.
A great easy to read yarn, nothing novel or challengeable but well written funny story to lighten your evening.
