This is a good informational book. If your child likes sports, he or she will get into this book. It is designed for the early reader. It is a starting Chapter book which is good, but it also does contain some pictures which gives the eyes a good break from the reading.
I recommend this book to any early reader. If you are here in San Antonio, bonus. You will get the opportunity to learn some good factoids about Tim Duncan. Like:
Did you know, Tim Duncan was not born in the US?
Did you know that Basketball was not Tim's first sport?
Do you know what was Tim's first sport?
Do you know why basketball was not Tim's first sport?
All really good stuff to learn about a basketball superstar like Tim Duncan. The only thing I fault this book on is that it is short. It left me curious for more information.
