My review:
This book by Kajal Rai and Niveditha Karmaran is an interesting piece of writing, where each of it is an independent story but are written on those aspects f life that is mostly unsaid. There are many experiences, incidents and feelings that are often ridiculed or masked. Many topics are coined as ' taboo topics ' and are less talked about even in this generation. Most of the time in life, we are the victims of society and its rules. These barricades silent many voices, be the issue a minor one or a major one.

In this book, in the story narrated by Kajal Rai, beyond the relationship that the mother and the duo share, once the daughter, Saanchi, gets to read her deceased mother's diary. This opens new perspectives of life and impression on her mother.

In another story by Niveditha, it is about friendship and unconditional affection between Rashi and Lalit. Though they both belong to different strata of society, their bond is real and honest.
Will the bond take their lives forwards is the million-dollar question, and it is the crux of the story.

With simple language, engaging narration and many thoughtful questions, this book is a good entertainer. ( )
