Personally, I would prefer not to have the suggested eating plan - an outline would be better as some people cannot access the food suggested or you may not like the food. I’ve been interested in intermittent fasting for a while and learned so much from this book to start my journey! The author is clearly so passionate about helping women pursue their health goals; this shone through in her writing and the amount of research she put into this project. I appreciate the detailed explanations of the science behind the many health benefits of IF. The resources are well cited. There are some great and helpful recipes as well. I did not dive into the self-hypnosis audio, but it is an included resource for readers who are interested.
