This was such a unexpected read! I loved the focus on jewish culture and holidays. It is rare to get a non-chrirstmas romance and this one was working for me. I love the this had lesson in seduction troupe and also second chance romence and also force promximity i also loved how this book had a large family vibe and it gave me 10 bind dates and it was such a cute read. I also loved the self discovery elements that are threaded in this read!! I loved listening to it!! def a new holiday favorite (

It's winter break in Nantucket and Shira is determined to finally land Isaac, her uncle's intern, as her boyfriend. But having never had a boyfriend because of her own perceived weaknesses, Shira needs help. She ends up asking the gorgeous, golden boy Tyler for flirting lessons despite the fact he humiliated her two years ago when she declared her love for him at 14. In exchange, she'll introduce him to her uncle for an internship in the family's media company. Of course, the real sparks fly between Shira and Tyler. This is a cozy, smart romance with all the warmth of the winter holidays. Shira's loving and boisterous extended family adds to the holiday joy. (

Great way to start my holiday reading binge. A sweet enemies to lovers trope story, incorporating not only Hanukah traditions but some Nantucket history too. Shira wants to learn how to flirt and picks the wrong boy to help. Tyler, the one who broke her heart years ago. Only to discover there’s more than meets the eye with this bad boy. I loved the family dynamics, the big family, all coming together for the holidays. Definitely one to add to my library’s collection! (
