I wanted to be into this, but sadly, I was not. The story was okay, interesting even. The narrator was, in my opinion, bad. The narrator was either trying too hard or not hard enough. The voice changes they used for various characters were just cringey. The narration just really took me out of the story. It was also boring. I'm not sure I will finish the series (

This is actually three PG paranormal books in one, includes the well-spun theosophical musings of Theophilus Monroe, and will fill a weekend.

The Curse of Cain deals with the case of Cassidy Brown and takes most of a day to read.

Razing Cain has the balance of the future and the purpose of creation in question and can be read in a long afternoon.

Cain and Angel addresses the problem of neutrality and can be read in an evening.
