Wolfe and Rebel, I fell in love with both and could not stop reading their story. They may come opposite sides of life one being poor the other coming from a wealthy family, yet they had more in common than anyone realized. Wolfe is the popular hockey star of college; he has a past that he likes to keep hidden and he doesn’t know what he wants in life only to prove a point to his father. Rebel comes from a broken family that were poor, struggled, and her parents were horrible people. Rebel and Wolfe meet and somehow while Rebel tries to hide and remain a ghost on campus, Wolfe tries to bring her out of her shell, and they create a friendship of sorts. While their friendship comes easy, and they reveal themselves to each other they continually fight the attraction that is constantly there. Wolfe doesn’t think he is worthy or capable of relationships because his parents were never an example of anything he wanted so he focused on hockey, yet there is something about Rebel that calls to him. Will Rebel be able to let go of her insecurities find herself and even let Wolfe in? Will Wolfe find what his passion is and will he be able to see he is worth so much more than he sees? Can they both let go of past pains that haunt them? When secrets are revealed and falling for each other isn’t an option because there is no stopping it will they find solace in each other or let their pain keep them apart? I adored this book because what started as a friendship built to so much more and both characters grow to not only stand up for themselves but allows them to see what they truly want in life. Amazing characters, beautiful yet tragic pasts, and growth to become phenomenal people makes this a must read for me. Can't wait for more! ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
