He was quick thinking and problem solved a way to fix it. After the solution, he was rewarded by a birthday party for himself. This book is about a monkey named George that cannot stop being curious about the surprise that his best friend (the man in the yellow hat) was planning for him. There are hints in the book that there is going to be a party but George is not familiar with parties so he snoops around and gets into little shenanigans. This is a great book to read aloud to kids because it keeps them entertained with George's curiosity and it also teacher them kindness and gratefulness towards others. Genre: Fantasy Review: The author does a good job of creating a story that could not happen in our world. This book follows a curious monkey as he discovers his world with the man in the yellow hat.
