Picked this up from Loyd himself at an event on the Battleship North Carolina. Actually got to hear him talk about some of his experiences on the Hornet.

This is a fantastic book whether you just have a passing interest in the paranormal and ghost hunting or if you are actively investigating cases. Beginner or seasoned pro, you'll be able to pick up a few new ideas. Loyd is an excellent storyteller, and with all that he's experienced on his cases, he's got plenty of incredible stories to tell. Along with his breakdown of the current agreed-upon definitions of paranormal entities and some do's and don'ts for investigators (and some essential reading), this is a must.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to know what ghost hunters and paranormal investigators do. ( )
