The first week is all about the different penguin species that are in Antarctica. The second week is about the life of a penguin in the water and the food they catch. The third week is about the different predators that penguins have to look out for. The fourth week is about the weather in Antarctica that penguins adapt for. The fifth week is about how penguins maneuver around in the snow. Week six is about how penguins mate with each other, then lay their eggs, then hatch, and how penguin chicks grow up. The seventh week is about how the penguins have so much land almost all to themselves.

It gives dimensions about the size of penguins and how much they weighed. This book was full of facts about penguins and antarctica. ( )
