Loved the series. Nice ideas, intersting characters, a colorful magical world and lots of hot steamy sex.
I have to admit that in the last book the story took me into its ban and i skimmed over most of the sex because i was more interested how the storyline continues.
I may go back - now that i have read the end - and read those scenes with a bit slower pacing and more love for the details. ;)
Are there cons? Of course. some things are too cliche, some stuff is too easy (her bargaining with the officials e.g.) and there could be more interpersonal conflicts. A bit too much harmony maybe. Some magic abilities came too well timed - a bit deus ex machina.
BUT this book serves a certain expectation and it serves well. It is an easy entertaining read that pushes all the right buttons. I rushed through the six books in only a few days. Secretly reading at work and did not much else all evenings. A real page turner.

Loved this series

I loved this series. This book was the perfect ending to it. I just wish the series could go on forever because I just love these guys. ( )
