What an exciting action, adventure tale filled with climactic tension that is sure to keep readers turning pages until the very end! Some may prefer to read each of the books that encapsulate Preacher’s many dangerous escapades, but it isn’t necessary to do so to enjoy each book.
In the novel, I enjoyed the placing of a well-crafted and known character in an environment that is vastly different than the mountains. Here, Preacher is returning with Charlie to New Orleans to sell their furs and send Charlie home to Virginia. Sounds easy doesn’t it? Well, it doesn’t work out that way and now Preacher is facing a very dangerous and ruthless killer.
The authors use flashback in the book to tell the tale of Preacher on a boat, on the sea, in fights, becoming an ally with those meant to do him harm, and much more. I read through this book quickly because the story was so captivating and engaging. Putting it down was not easy when my eyes would get tired! But picking it up again and resuming the tale was an outstanding experience.
If you’re looking for stories that you cannot put down, keep the heart pumping with palpable anticipation as you read, look no further! Preacher, horse and dog are a triple threat to any nemesis that crosses Preacher’s path no matter where. When you’re done reading Preacher’s Frenzy, audiences might consider picking up any one of the other books in the series to enjoy and share with family or friends.
