I fought against fate, and I won. I made a deal with the devil to keep her. It was supposed to be over. We were meant to be happy. Too bad my enemies had other plans. Note: This is the conclusion of Peter & Sara's story. It is strongly recommended that you read Twist Me and Capture Me trilogies before embarking on this book, as there will be major spoilers for those series. I have been waiting for answers for what seems like forever. While it seemed like it was forever waiting for this conclusion it was worth it. Every question and resolution that I came to expect happened in this book and then some. There were plenty of twists in the story as well as cameos from Julian, Nora, Kent, and Yulia which were very much appreciated, especially, as they all had played such pivotal roles in each other's stories.
There were a few parts of the story that I didn't really need but for the most part (singing/band stuff), I liked how the story went back and forth between Peter and his "opponent". It offered a sense of anticipation which surprised me since it foreshadowed what was going to happen but still was exciting to watch it unfold. I enjoyed the characters but was frustrated at Sara and her constant, "I love him/ I shouldn't/what is wrong with me/I love him" especially because this is book four. I felt at this point she just needed to suck it up or let it go. The story felt rushed towards the end of how it wrapped up which disappointed me but the author gave wrote a great epilogue which made me forgive her!
Still a great series. ( )
