I don't think there's another word to describe this latest installment in the Redemption series. I cried, my mind and heart were racing, and I was totally enthralled by the story. Without a doubt the most chilling tale yet from John Mefford, AT Full Tilt will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering where the next twist will send you. Received as a gift I had mixed feelings starting to read this book. Knowing it was the end of the series, I just didn’t want to be reminded that this was the end to an incredible series of books. I have come to love all the different characters, especially FBI agent Alex Troutt. The author has done a remarkable job of creating a series that is always full of twist and turns, excitement, murder, strange people and stories you just don’t want to put down. This book was no different. Once again, Agent Alex Troutt is pulled into a situation where many of the people she knows are being killed and there seems to be a connection to them all. Trying to figure out what happens has her being a prime person of interest as to whether she is the actual king figure detecting all these murders. I won’t say anymore to ruin the ending but it was great. I highly recommend the entire series and you might agree with me that John W. Mefford is an award winning writer. Alex, Ozzie and Ivy have again been targeted. Someone is killing those close to them. Buy why? Is it random? Is there more than one killer? The answers to these questions keep eluding Alex and company. Who will be next and how can the killer be stopped before he strikes again? It was bittersweet to finish this book. It definitely was satisfying with the way things came together for the ending. Also to find my personal predictions to be so on-spot, but then devastating for the Redemption series to end. I have come to love each and every one of the characters so much that they feel like my family. As with each of John Mefford’s series, they will be sadly missed. I can’t wait to read what he has in store for us in his next riveting series. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

Redemption Thriller #24
I join those saying “Wow, what a way to end a series”.
Mr. Mefford brings to a close his series with all the impact of all the previous books put together. Murders in at least three different cities, how many will die before the killer is caught?
What a thrilling ride and a fitting end to a wonderful series. Ivy, Alex and Ozzie can never get a break and people close to them are being murdered some attacked. The action and suspense never let’s go and I was on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. They are so many possibilities; it is hard to know who can be trusted even which direction to turn. The story literally sends chills through you….. The full series is one huge emotional rollercoaster and the finale takes it all.
Alex Troutt, Ivy Nash and Ozzie Novak Thrillers are under the same Redemption Series umbrella and through each sub-series these characters appear in the other novels. We become familiar with them as they experience their fair share of murder and carnage. It is nice to know they play a part in each other series.
I am sad to see the end of this series but happy to move onto the Ivy Nash series and see how Mr. Mefford will entertaining me next….definitely expecting once again to be completely enthralled into a heart-pumping action suspense.
Thank you, Mr. Mefford for providing a copy of the 12 books in the Alex Troutt series for my honest opinions. In simple words I loved them all. ( )
