This is a very haunting tale and it was a ghostly gripper for me!

Matthew and Aimee move into a flat as they have been trying to find one that they like for awhile. They haven't been there long when small things start happening in the flat. Cold drafts, things breaking, apparitions, etc. Matthew doesn't want to believe that the flat is haunted whereas Aimee states right away that they have a ghost.

Eventually Matthew can no longer deny that something otherworldly is going on as the ghost starts making itself known when it moves from breaking things to physical attacks. They endure it as long as they can, but they eventually end up having to move. The new home they get seems okay at first, but then the ghost reappears there as well.

The tension and creepiness of the book heats up to the point where I couldn't put the book down as I wanted to find out what happens!

For some reason this book has not received great reviews, but I found it right up my alley and to me it was a spooky tale. Giving this one four stars. ( )
