He tries everything to get it to fall out so he can meet the Seed Bunny. Unlike the tooth fairy, the Seed Bunny brings you carrot seeds to grow. He can't wait until he loses another tooth. This was an adorable book about the experience of losing a tooth. The mother in the book describes the process and the reason for losing a tooth for her son. I would share this book with younger kids as they are beginning to lose their teeth. ( ) Sam wants so badly to lose his first tooth. He can hardly wait for the "Seed Bunny" to come. He tries everything he can think of to get it loose: riding on bumps on his bicycle, skipping rope, and even hanging upside down from a tree. It finally came loose as he was falling asleep and he drifts off with it closed tightly in his hand. He wakes up and realizes he no longer has it. But then he notices the carrot seeds the Seed Bunny left for him, and he is thrilled. So thrilled he begins working on his next tooth. This book is about a little bunny name Sam that has a loose tooth. Sam tells his mother that his tooth feels funny and she explains to him why. His mother told him when his tooth comes out he has to put it under his pillow so that the seed bunny will give him seeds to plant carrots. He ask how he can make his tooth come out faster. His mother tells him to wiggle and jiggle his tooth to make it come out. Sam tries many different ways of his own, but none seem to work. He tries to wiggle and jiggle his tooth one more time before he went to bed and it finally came out. Sam wanted to stay up so that he could see the seed bunny, but he was too sleepy. When Sam woke up the next morning, he saw his seeds that the seed bunny left him. Sam was excited, and is ready for more teeth to come out so he can see the seed bunny. Sam tells his mom about his loose front tooth. He wonders why that happened. His mom explains to him that he will have a new teeth grow in its place. This book helps children understand how their teeth fall and they will have new teeth. At the end of the book also the seed bunny gives Sam a tip to grow carrot. This book puts a clever twist on the old toothfairy myth. Instead of the toothfairy, the rabbits have the "seed bunny" who exchanges carrot seeds for teeth. Sam the bunny can't wait for the seed bunny to bring him some seeds, and after placing his tooth under his pillow he gets his wish. Good for children who are losing baby teeth and need reassurance. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
