Basically a series of murders take place that look like the Joker's doing, so he goes to jail. Batman is the only person convinced he's actually being framed. I'd have expected there to be a bit more with such an interesting premise, that Batman is trying to prove his biggest foe innocent in the name of justice, but surprisingly little is done with it. The best moment in that regard comes with a particular member of the Batman army refuses to go along with it, hoping that Joker fries even if he's innocent.
Not much else to say really, it's a good read and it's short, but it really doesn't belong in all of these "best of Batman" lists. ( )
