The writing style was engaging and rich with content. There are many tips that can be applied to working with students as well as any leadership roles that the reader may have in the school. For example, this will help me lead our PBIS team. There were many QR codes and websites listed in the text providing the reader with additional relevant resources. I am happy to add this book to my library of resources. There are plenty of citations that illustrate the benefits and profound effects of such a mindset. Although I'm not a person who works in the occupational field this book was intended for, I am all for optimizing the learning process for the next generation. The idea of having a household conducive to a child's education is something I look forward to applying in my life in the near future from this read.
