To get the full effect of this series all 3 books need to be read in order in my opinion. Robert Stone has held many men and women lives in his hands. For many years he has ruled Las Vegas with the Redemption Club a secret society that exists to fulfill a person’s darkest desires—including murder all for a price. Money and power over others lives is all he cares about. Even his children were pawns to him. His son was as rotten as he was but his daughter until recently has been unaware of the evil that her father did and continues to do.
We'd met Ivy Stone in the previous books and even though she helped the characters in those books we weren't privy to if she was totally innocent of knowing about her father's crimes. Now we get the answer to that plus find out a huge secret she had been hiding from everyone.
Lots of threads are wrapped up in this book and justice for ALL is finally served. This was a great series full of suspense and people who walked that line between good and bad and others who just lived on the other side thinking they were above the law. (
