I don’t read a lot of fiction but the story line of this series caught my attention. I bought the first one and was then compelled to buy the other two to find out what happened next (the second book was the best)… I read the whole series of three novellas in a few days and am hoping the author will get stuck in and write the next one!

The purpose of the author in writing this series appeals to me. He is attempting to highlight how current decisions by the powers-that-be could impact future generations in a massively negative manner especially for those of us who are Christians. More specifically, how the advance of technology will likely lead to a climate of fear as everything we do, say and think will be monitored and controlled; how individuality will be completely lost as we become akin to robots and clones with politically correct opinions that mirror each other. The writing is creative and imaginative and the very real warnings are cleverly built into the narrative as the drama unfolds.

The author is clear that his writing is not in any way prophetic but just an idea of what could happen if things continue as they are. I would suggest that this series should be a call to Christians to firstly wake up, and then to stand up for Biblical truth where Christian values are being eroded, and where society is heading down a dangerous path of no return.

There are some typos, mainly where words are repeated but this doesn’t affect the readability. The book is clean; free of bad language, sexual content and gratuitous violence. There Is some low level violence but nothing off-putting.

Recommended for all readers, but especially for those who want something to contemplate.
