This was an ARC, the writing was great, the characters were very well written, the book flowed, I love the conflict between Taz and Brianna. I am very much looking forward to reading book 2. ( )

I read this one initially as part of The Sutherlands anthology. It intrigued me enough to look out for the first part "Bulletproof". Bianca Sutherland is on a quest to find her missing friend. She shares an emotional history with Gidget and her other friends. Bianca has also found love with Taz Hazard who are now running B-Squad Security together and they are looking forward to a future together. But a secret from his past throws a spanner in the works and suddenly this relationship is in stormy waters. But the mission to find Gidget and discover who is the drug lord that is flooding the market with his mind control drug is of the utmost importance. So that is what Bianca and Taz focus on, pretending to be honeymooning on a resort island. Maybe he can convince her to give him another chance and save her friend at the same time.

My Thoughts....

I loved B Squad #1 series...'Brazen' that definitely is 'bold and pacts quite a punch.' It is definitely one of those read that once you start reading you will not want to put it down until the very end. For this read is full of a little bit of it all from being a not only a heart pounding ride, fast paced read, lots of fun banter, insults, revenge plots, betrayal, blackmail, kidnapping, drama, twist and turns and plenty of hot steamy erotica sex from the two main characters [Taz Hazard {alpha kickass hero}and Bianca Sutherland{kickass heroine}] that will keep your attention. There are some interesting secondary characters[from the B Squad Security and Investigations] who are on a mission to find their missing kidnapped friend Gidget. Will this be a easy mission for them? What all will happen when Taz's ex wife appears? This will turn quite interesting when the 'Coven' girls [who were 'Five women, strong, independent, best friends and had been through a horrible experience at the high class boarding school they had once attended] believe their friend Bianca has been wronged by Taz. I loved that wax shave given by Elise! It seems like Taz had forgotten to tell Bianca about his ex wife. Now, why was that? Was Taz married or not? Now I don't want to leave out the six men in B Squad who were mostly 'tall, dark, muscular and gorgeous.' I did find all the characters well developed, portrayed and oh so believable that will keep you turning the pages to see what will be happening next in this fast paced read. Anyway it seems like this team are on a case that deals with a dangerous drug kingpin [who had kidnapped one of their best friends] and dealt with a horrible drug called 'Genie's Wish'[a hallucinogenic drug].What will happen when Taz and Bianca go undercover at a 'Lifestyler Resort, where clothing is optional? While this is a romantic read be ready for a sexy suspenseful romantic read. I don't want to spoil it for the reader other than to say this is one good read to pick up and the reader will get all the answers to the previous asked questions. It will be quite a interesting read to see how this will all turn out for Taz and Bianca. ( )

This was my first book by this author, Taz and Bianca have been a previous book but it wasn't a problem for me, I enjoyed Brazen very much.

Bianca wants to find and rescue her friend Gidget, Taz and the rest of the squad are all in on the mission, and the relationship between Taz and Bianca is still as strong as ever if not hotter.
A problem arises though when a woman claiming to be Taz's wife appears, how could he forget to tell Bianca was married and claim their relationship wasn't just basted on sex.
They still go on the mission to a resort as undercover newly weds, his ex joins the team and Taz tries his best to Bianca it's her who he really wants. With the tension high, they attempt to save her friend and fight for their lives when an enemy from their past resurfaces.

A good start for the series. I liked the characters, I though B. was a bit fast to blame T. she could have given him a little more support. She was a good friend though and very eager in the rescue. ( )

B-Squad has plenty of people to have romances and first up is the story of Taz and Bianca who have been in a relationship for about six months. Both on the team and on the hunt for a kidnapped friend of Bianca’s they are getting ready to go undercover when Tamara shows up claiming that she is still married to Taz. Things are rocky for Bianca and Taz for a bit but they still go undercover where there is action aplenty. Will they find Gidget in time? Will they be able to get her out safely? Will they catch the bad guys?

This was a quick, easy to read, steamy action-packed story that is a good beginning to Ms Flynn’s new B-Squad series. I look forward to reading Tamara’s story – second book in the series.
