So I am so very excited to be reading another Jaimie Roberts book, I have always loved her writing, but have been an able to get a chance to read one of her amazing books of late. But that all changed with the book Luca, which was edited and republished from its original title of You Will Be Mine.

So one with the the story. Clara is part-owner and full time live-in manager of a brothel called The Castle, that caters to high class patrons. Clara has been closeted there to keep her away from the abuse of her past. She has emerged as a strong capable women who what's to be in control. She also follows her one golden rule…don't sleep with the clients.

But that was until Luca Belatoni waltzes in to her office and demands that she pays him protection money. When she says no, he takes over "The Castle" and all of the inhabitants and so starts a power struggle of epic proportions…but along the way Clara falls for the ultimate Italian Stallion and everything seems to be going right! Until secrets and lies come crashing down upon them.

WOW! What a book! This book literally puts you on a roller coaster of emotion! But I will pre-warn not you! THIS BOOK ENDS ON A CLIFFHANGER! Yes that's right! A dreaded cliffhanger! But the book is SO very good, I do truly recommend that you read it and I just pray really hard that we don't have to wait forever to read the next installment (pretty please…hint hint!).
The writing and plot of this book is sublime and so very gripping; it sucked me and even though the book has ended, I still feel like I am there waiting to find out what happens next!

SO I am going to go against the grain and give Luca 5 stars, even though it's a cliffhanger, because the book is truly that magical. ( )
