Das leider nur in englischer Sprache erhältliche Büchlein belegt, dass auch introvertierte Menschen gute Unternehmensgründer sein können. Der Autor, der sich selbst dieser Zielgruppe zuordnet, gibt anhand von 16 kurzen Kapiteln Tipps, wie introvertierte Gründer ihre Stärken nutzen können und an welchen Stellen es nötig ist, die Schwächen zu überwinden. Das im Selbstverlag veröffentlichte Buch hat die typischen Mängel von Print-on-demand Ausgaben. Leider hat der Autor wohl auch auf ein Lektorat verzichtet, denn neben formalen Fehlern ist ihm u.a. entgangen, dass er J.K. Rowling zur Autorin der Herr der Ringe Trilogie gemacht hat. Inhaltlich gut, Buchausgabe befriedigend.
