I have loved this series. Tad and Scott's journey is surprising, frustrating, heartwarming and very, very sexy. But, I am not reviewing the entire series - but the sixth book. This book was definitely a 4.25 out of 5 stars read.

If you've read my reviews of the first books in the series, I loved the change in the arc of the storyline. It started out highly erotic and moved into a more contemporary romance feel as Tad recognized his feelings and it became more than sex. However the storyline drifted back to highly erotic in this last installment. Is that a bad thing? Hell no. Then why the .75 star deduction. A very wise person told me: Review the book you read, not the book you wished it was. Okay breaking my rule. Because the book was wonderfully written and edited. Had a great pace. But, it wasn't the book I hoped it to be. In the last book, Tad realized he wanted an open relationship with Scott. I just wish there was a bit more of that. What I got was a very emotionally attached, erotic read between two adults that clearly love each other. It was HOT. It was SEXY. Just lacked a bit of romance for me that book 5 had.

Overall, reading the series book one through six - it's a 5 star read. If you love erotica, same sex romance, I definitely recommend this series. It's a binge read all the way through. Ms Knight also gives a taste of the next characters she plans to explore - and that was without question intriguing for me!
